BCT Website Policies

Refund & Return policy:

1. Every item is thoroughly inspected upon arrival at our warehouse and checked again before being shipped out to ensure it is in good condition. Should you have received a damaged product, your claim (with image proof) must be submitted to us within three (3) days of receiving it.
2. All sales are final and the buyer will be responsible for any purchase made on our website.
3. If there is any technical issue like duplication, out of stock etc, Bischem2u will refund within 7 working days
4. Subject to checking, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Your refund will be for the value of your product, minus shipping costs.
6. We will need your details to process your refund / exchange. Please provide them to bischem2u@gmail.com. What we will need are your best contact details, your order details, reason for return and proof of return shipping.
